In the winter months, it's important to boost your immune system with vitamins. Cauliflower is a center winter vegetable and a great source of vitamins C and K, folate and fiber, and a very good source of vitamins B5 and B6, tryptophan, omega-3 fatty acids and manganese. All are good reasons to include it in your diet and put on your table.

Ingredients
Cauliflower head
Butter
Fetta Cheese
Garlic, chopped 
Cilantro, chopped
Hmeli Suneli
(Georgian Spice
with Salt and
Chilli Pepper) 

Directions:
Boil cauliflower florets for about 5 minutes, so they still keep they are crispiness and are easy to chew.  Then roast them with butter and feta cheese for another 3-5 minutes.
For the full flavored Georgian topping (to top any boiled veggies) with:
mix crushed walnuts, finely chopped cilantro, chopped garlic, hmeli suneli mix add salt and chili pepper (or black pepper) to taste. You can keep what's left in a jar in a fridge for a few days for future dishes.

Ingredients:
Dried bolete or any other dried mushrooms
Spices (turmeric, paprica, pepper, salt) or any veggie soup seasoning 
Garlic
Onion
Carrots
Grapeseed Oil

Directions:
Wash the dried mushroom under the filtered water to remove any impurities/sand.  Boil mushrooms in a pan for about 20 minutes.  At the same time in a hot pan, on grape seed oil roast chopped onions and carrots.  Then add roasted onions/carrots, spices, salt, chopped garlic to mushrooms.  Boil for 5 more minutes - your yummi Russian soup is ready.  Add organic sour cream when serving it.  Always serve very hot.

Ingredients:
okra - about 1/2 pounds, we fill than 1/3rd of regular plastic bag
curry powder (or garam masala)                                                                        
mustard seeds
tomatoes
onions
garlic, ginger
grape seeds oil
salt

Directions:
Roast mustard seeds in the oil on a hot pan for a few minutes, then add chopped onions, curry powder (or garam masala).  After a few minutes add okra, chopped and after 5 more minutes, when you see it is softening, add chopped tomatoes. Salt, chopped garlic, ginger and extra curry powder - up to your taste.
Done.
